replacing power steering belt

my belts have plenty of tension but are still squeeling when cold. they are pretty badly cracked so I think I will replace both.

Is the power steering belt hard to get access to or hard to get off?

Best technique for the PS belt: cut the old belt off. Wrap the new belt over both pulleys, as you would get a bicycle chain back on the sprockets. This way no bolts to slack.

Will I have to remove anything to get the new one on?

Also, is there anything tricky about replacing the other belt?

the other belt (alternator, a/c) will have to be removed first. This one is easier. Slack the tensionner pulley, slack the tensionner adjusting bracket itself , slide the pulley to slack the a/c-alt belt. Remove belt very easily. Installation is reverse.`
