Is there a polish that works well to prevent cloudiness?

I have the same problem, but i still cant figure out how to get the headlight off the car. My plan was heating it up in the oven prying it apart and cleaning it up nicely with water. Anyone got detailed instructions preferably with pics to get them out?

1. Take off the clearance lights.
2. Remove the two bolts that were behind the clearance lights
3. Remove the two nuts close the the grill securing the headlight housing.
4. Unsnap the grill from the headlight housing.
5. Remove light.
