Coil replacement????

Coil replacement????
When i first got my car in last august I started right off the bat with 93 octane gas. Well the car start to drive like crap then my cel came on. It said cylinder 5 misfire. I let the run the tank of gas run through so the ecu could get use to it. Then i reset my cel then it went away. Ever since then well my car as not ran tip top. Its still runs strong but it seems like its missing some hp. So my question is should i replace my cylinder 5 coil pack??
