Busted nut

Between cursing at those stupid plastic clips that hold the door panels on and the voices in my head I managed to torque off a bolt. I mistakenly thought it held the front drive door panel on. It was located on the lower quarter of the door, it’s a hex nut with an A on it. What exactly did I destroy and how may I repair it?

Lol, yep well now my damn window only rolls half way down so its making it..... difficult to order drive through. I believe I snapped some sort of tension rod inside the door that has, just now rattled out of its home and jammed my window. Once the girlfriend gets home with my car ill take off the door panel and see what I did, take the MIG to it.

And no I didn’t bust a nut that night, the girlfriend wasn’t so happy about me screaming at my car at 4 in the morning and made me sleep on the left, thats right the LEFT side of the bed.

Ill post pictures of my craptacular dash paint job if requested as well as any advice I can give on it

eheh he said drill,

On a nother subject I plan to redo all the interior peices i painted. They just didnt look good enough, I didnt wetsand enough, I was in a hurry and didnt let the clear set. So when I go to get the hood repainted ill just get them to shoot all the trim the same way, same colour and clear. Hopefully with the automotive clear will be a bit more scratch resistant than the home depo crap.
