muffler

I’m looking for a new muffler for my 96 max. something not to loud and not to expensive
Any ideas???

yea i just had a 5th gen muffler put on today... sounds nice and quiet, but when I get on it, it sounds great... oh yeah, picked it up for $55 (2k1 muffler w/ oval tip)

so, is it a little louder than a stock 4thgen muffler?

and where did you get it?

yea its a little louder than stock muffler, sounds great with Y pipe and HAI... picked it up from another org member

damn, probably won't sound as good being I don't have a y-pipe...but I do need a muffler since mine is starting to rust.

dynomax super turbo, cheap and not a whole lot louder than stock.

Dynomax super turbo…I had those on my truck at one time (5.7 v8) and the sound didn’t thrill me too much, but it may be just what I’m looking for on the max.

You wouldn’t have a sound clip would you? Or anyone else for that matter…
