You guys must have an auto trannies.
If so, yes Ive heard of people with auto trannies having their axles go bad due to the wieght of the tranny on the axles on real low cars.

No I have a 5 speed. I think what is happening is that the axles are getting pushed into to trans. Hopfully shortened axles will help. I am going to see if the axle shop in m town will shorten them for me. Would any one else be interested in theses axles if everything works?

so if a car as clicking already, putting on aftermarket shocks and lowering springs would be a surefire way to destroing the axles. if so i have a friend to warn, he is getting shocks n springs put on soon, i think he should change the axles first.

Right now the only thing I can recomend is to go buy the rebuilt lifetime warranty axles, and become an expert at changing them. I am down to downig the passengers side (my problem side) in under 45 min.
