removing warnings from visors, how?

removing warnings from visors, how?

I've got a heat gun on hand... can anyone fill me in on how they're attached? Is it just sealed on the edges as it appears, so i can just heat it up and peel off?

I've been wanting to do this for 4 years now. Actually my '96s aren't so bad because they are black on clear. But the '97+ is black and orange on white. And when I added a '97 driver visor with HomeLink, it looks really bad now since the driver and passenger don't match. You can't remove the labels. The only option you have is to reupholster them. I thought of this idea but haven't done it: get a donor visor (or find exact matching fabric) and place a pocket over the label. That way you cover the label and add functionality (holds receipts, registration, etc.). I don't know, I think I'll just redo them one of these days...

i see

yea i tried to do it with a heat gun but it didnt let go, it appears to be attached like a silk-screen but it isn't... I don't know. Thanks for the idea about the pocket though, I may just do that.
