I used testor's candy apple red.

It says you have a 98 though, so you could always just clear the tails.

Sorry, but it doesn't look good at all. Mine were the same as Business810 but were also tinted so they were almost black.

I hope this works. I used testor's candy apple red, about 6 coats. It looks darker in person. I only painted the amber.

I don't think it looks good either.
I just think it looks funny to have the inners shaved.
The ones that you painted look pretty good though.
Props on that.

Just my $.02.

I don't like the shaved look looks like a freaken hundai elantra with altezzas.

Mine is on my webpage (click www) can't see too much because it's dark, looks better in person.

Conrad, those new wheels look good.
I think the Momo Arrows looked better though. Very unique.
You have such a clean looking car.

I think it looks good. I'm guessing you used testor's candy apple red right? Also did you paint the white and amber lenses or did you paint directly on the clear part of the tail light?

Candy apple red, yes. I painted the entire exterior of the tails. I just sprayed one good coat, being careful not to spray too much to cause runs and sags. I practiced my technique on an old set of all clears that somebody else ruined and I ended up with.

I was going to do red but then went the smoked route. Check my cardomain for pics. I'm gonna redo it soon because it came out a little uneven.

I painted them red before I smoked them out. And as of now, I have a spoiler on.

Testors and they look like poo now.

They look like some one scratched them to bejesus and back. So now they are starting to peel. Its been over 2 years since I painted them.
