Auto Trans Question

The Damn Thing Is Leaking From Where It Connects To The Motor And I Knotice Hesitation When Downshifting Any One Can Tell Me What To Do Or How To Fix It Without Going To Trans Shop And Paying 400$ For Inspecton?
