Bad timing for me!

So i am moving back to Virginia from SoCal, and I just got my suspension kit in the mail.
I also have brand new rotors.

I need to install this kit before I hit the road, because there is no point in carrying around the heavy box with all the parts, and not using them.

I also am running low on funds for this whole ordeal.

Here are the questions.......

Should I replace the brake pads when I put the new rotors on?

Should I replace the Front upper strut mounts? (I have 106K on them)

I know I really should do all this, but I'm screwed for money, and i plan to hit the road before the end of july.

Defiantly yes. Front upper strut mounts OEM should be somewhere $60 each or I got my for like $22 each w/polyurethane bushing from NET. (if u put them new give them some time to settle. It would be wise to change upper strut mount bearing & strut dusters if ur are cracked.

on the upper strut mounts, strut bearings and strut dust boots... - you don't want to have to pull the suspension apart a few months down the road...

I would also recommend replacing the pads when you replace the rotors...

Why don't you just have it shipped with the rest of your stuff...?

I'm not shipping any of my stuff, cuz I live in a studio apartment, and I'm seeling my bed and TV and junk, so I can pack it all in the max, and roll out.

BYNdes, what is NET?

Then you gotta put that new stuff on and try to get rid of the old suspension here - might be able to get a few bucks for it... not sure there is a market for used brakes . Good luck with the move. I was just in VA last week.
