I have dropzone springs and struts. I love them. I don't have any bottoming problems and the car handles much better than it did stock.

call them and say you want to speak with the customer service. dont call and leave a message saying your problem, they just run away.

not only i would get my money back if i was you, i would also ask for a 5% discount cuz they wasted my time, shipped the wrong product, created extra work for me and a bunch of headache. someone has to pay for that....

what company are we talking about here??

there is one standard rule in USA.
Customer is always right no matter what happend !

When a company sells the wrong product to the customer, not only they are responsible for replacing it, they must make it up to the customer to keep them coming back. these type of businesses arent monopolies, nor they are selling necessities. One unhappy customer is all it takes for a business to go down. they might lose a few dollars here and there but in the end it pays for itself. thats how businesses run these day, strictly based on customer satisfaction.

none of us need to purchase these mods since they are luxury goods and this means that they must work twice as hard to become a sucessfull business.

what i suggest you do is to call them and say that you are going to sue them for illegally running your credit card (if you used one). and if you havent, then simply tell them that you are going to make a thread regarding this on EVERY single car forum out there ! that should get their attention.

best of luck to you and DONT EVEN THINK ABOUT KEEPIN THE DROP ZONES
