'97-'99 Conversions to a '96 (Few questions)

I'm getting ready to do a little body work to my car. I used to be interested in the skyline kit... i think that phase kinda passed (thank god). Now im thinking about putting the 97-99 bumper on my '96 with a lip. I am going to have my friends dad (body shop owner) do the body work for me but I want to get the parts in advance to make it easier on him. I was checking out parts and was wondering if i need to buy the:
front bumper reinforcement, front bumper absorber, bumper brackets, and the bumper retainer

I know my car currently has these parts on there but will they fit properly I hope I don't have to buy all these parts because it is coming to almost $700 before painted and installed.

Also who makes a good quality, fitament:
cf front lip for the 97-99
side skirts (can be fiberglass not to worried about sides)
and those ad ons for the back bumper (still keeping the 96 bumper not changing this one over i know ionic dynamics used to have these but thier site is all weird

sorry about all the questions and all help is greatly appreciated.
-Steve

PS. still waiting on RacingHart CR (Multi piece in black "18)

Thanks for the quick response.

I checked out that link. Do I really have to replace all the lights (I thought they were the same)? and is this all you used for the install because farther down it states that other parts may be necesary for installation. Did you get your parts from this place in the link above. Thanks again for the help.

I got almost everything from these guys. Quick shipping and good packaging. I got the bumper locally since one was available. You don't NEED to change the lights, but the 97-99 are much clearer than the 95-96 which is a dramatic improvement.

When you say that you got almost everything from these guys does that mean that you had to buy all new the brackets, retainers, and reinforcements for installation? Sorry about all the questions and thanks again for your help.
