My clutch fluid leaked for a while, it wasn't bad but I got tired of checking and refilling it so decided to fix it last weekend. It turned out that the rubber hose that comes off the slave cylinder (on the engine) leaked. There are 2 parts to the rubber hose, in my case the upper one leaked, but make sure you check both. It is not hard to change. Just make sure you loosen the hose's bolt prior to taking the slave cylinder off.
The part costs $12 at PepBoys (Autozone does not carry it), but you'll have to wait a week since it is a special order. I did not want to wait so I went to the dealer and got it for 50 bucks. In case it is your hose that needs changing, I suggest you pay the extra 43 cents for the copper washers (seal), and save yourself the trip going back for them later.
