Need some help searching for my 5spd tranny and some other questions:

Ok, so I've been really looking forward to getting my 5spd tranny for my 95, I have approx. $1243.74 to spend + another $600 in two weeks, I dont want to blow it all on a 5spd tranny,

how many miles should I be on the tranny before I look somewhere else??

I've seen some between the 50k-94k range, is that ok???

I've tried searching for 2001 trannys, but with no avail, also when I swap the tranny I'm most likely gonna swap the 150k engine that I have and add a 80k or lower engine into.

Does it matter if I get a engine from a GXE, GLE instead of a SE?

Also I can I actually get a dealership to turn back the mileage on the odometer?? So it says 80,000miles???? (it sounds stupid but I have people that swear on there lives that the dealership will do it)

Should I replace the clutch while we're swapping trannys???

And last but not least, is low 14's achievable with the following mods
1.5spd
2.Act stage 2 clutch
3.TS ECU
4.y-pipes
5.CAI
6.UDP
