Entire exhaust system is shot, need advice

ok, so the guys at monro showed me that everything behind the y-pipe is done and needs replacement. got 50K miles on my 97 I30, but I live in buffalo so the salt kills it. anyway, I'm thinkin that since i'm about an hour away from Budget exhaust, I will get their B-pipe for 200 CDN dollars.

But, i'm clueless about the muffler. I wish I had a muffler that produced the same sound that the new G35 coupes produced, or similar (or like a BMW 330...throaty but stately and conservative, while still sporty). I hate loud buzzing exhausts, or exhausts that you feel/hear constantly while idling/revving. I just need something a little more throatier than stock, otherwise stock-noise is good too. Planning to head to budget exhaust tomorrow morn, so some advice would be great!

Don't waste your money on a b-pipe; just have a local shop bend one for you...it should only cost about $60. Make sure you have at least one resonator; two would be ideal. Wish I could help you find a muffler but ask the shop for a recomendation.
