All Dash lights Stay On!!!

There have been no signs of trouble on my 97 SE, but today when I came home and parked the car I noticed that all lights came on as soon as I remove the key from the ignition and they stay on until I disconnect the Neg. battery terminal. But they come back on as soon as I connect the neg terminal.
Any suggestions?
