When Im driving about 20-40mph with my foot off the brake and of the gas, I hear a squeeking noise coming fromt the front of my car, but when I apply the brake or gas the sound goes away...Please Help

 

I was hearing a squeaking sound coming from my front end as well. I had a look and found that some of my bushings were worn out. I had some spare Energy Suspension bushings lying around, so I replaced them and my squeaking is now gone.

it may be more than that, I could be you wheel bearings going out as well, I is always better to have a qualified mechanic look at your vehicle rather than guessing a spending money on a part that may not be failed.
