I am an idiot!!
My car has been throwing 0510 code. So I looked in the wrong column in the FSM and I thought it was P0510. Closed throttle position sensor. I order the sensor and replaced it. It kept throwing the same code. So now I have a $100 paper weight that I'm sure that I will never use. 0510 was for Rear O2 sensor bank 1. P0138 Anyone need a throttle position sensor?

ha ha at least I know I'm not the only one to have these lapses.. I haven't done anything quite like this... but I've had my moments.
