New Max owner
Whats up all. I just bought a maxima a week ago. It's a 1999 Pearl White SE-Limited. 49k miles, and fully loaded (leather, traction control, bose system, heated seats, etc.)... But it's auto . My prior car was a 1991 Honda Prelude Si, 5spd.. It died at 182k miles due to a snapped timing belt. So far i tinted the windows and am getting the diamond front bumper light covers. I think I am going to make it a cruiser car (rims, suspension, system, tv's, etc.) But that stillen supercharger looks so nice then again though it IS automatic. A lot more possibilites with this car rather then the 3rd gen prelude. I am probably going to take my system out of the lude. Pioneer deck, pioneer fronts, rockford rears, soundstream amp and SPL2000 12" Pioneer Premier Subwoofer.
I'm not that much of a car either. I was a moderator on PreludePower.com
So guys/girls give me some ideas for my new beauty!

nice find and welcome to the board. im seeing more and more and more honda owners becoming nissan owners.
as you may know, your best bet is just to hang around here and read as much as you can. the maxima for sure has lots of potentail, easily a cruizer during the day and a serious racing during night time. good luck
oh ya, for ur 1st performance mod, order a "y pipe". about 18 horses to the wheels all for $160 and definetly get the red/clear tail lights from either www.customenterprise.com or www.redlinemax.com
