bad luck with the max

it all started the other day when my clutch went out... luckily there was a gd going for the exedy stage 1. Then my knock sensor went out. Had to get that small pos replaced. I thought that was bad then my gd starter went out. Thank god for 24 hour checkers here in town. still more than I wanted to spend. so i get the starter fixed. And of course the battery is dead. On top of that I didn't have a paycheck this week due to vacation earlier. That put a damper on my end of summer modding. So $600.00 later my car is back and running. On top of that my tranny is slipping now too I need to change my tranny fluid and see how that goes. And i have a bad o2 sensor and speed sensor. I guess after 185k something is bound to go out.

Well bud in my opinion your gonna have your ups and downs.. But I know how it is I just bought my max 2 months ago and Ive replaced a pile of things. Just think after you got that stuff replaced you dont have to worry about it for a long time And with any car your going to have things to fix so just be happy you got a Maxima, In my opinion one of the best cars out there. I absolutly love mine!

Very true, regardless what car your going to have to do some repairs, but after there dont you wont (shouldnt) have to worry about them for a while.

I got my max broken it was about to die due to lack of maintinance ( previous owner ) but I managed to get the dealership to fix it all for free.
