Help. Front End Noise Coming From Tires or Something

Guys I need your help,

Friday evening I noticed a weird noise when my car is driving. I hear it in every gear. Kind of sounds like the ole card in the bicycle spoke noise or something like a grinding noise. Just to help you guys out a little:

The front and rear wheel bearings have been replaced (about 3-5 thousand miles ago).
Front brake calipers just got painted and all checked out with the brakes.

Also car makes a little rough sound when first idling in the morning and then seems to go away after a minute or so. Could it be belts (timing or others), transmission (also got serviced last month), or something different. Any suggestions cause I'm stuck until I can make it to my mechanic? Thanks.

check for nail or screw in tire. does it increase in speed when u speed up and decrease when u slow down?

If you have been maintaining your engine with tune up and Knock sensor etc...then it can be just car getting old. It is a 1995...almost 10 years old man!
