Help, Stalling Car, 01 02, help me please

This might be a long weird one, but please read and help me. Last night, I had some visitors from florida, so I was playing music in the car for about 1 and a half hour, and went to start car and its struggled to start but then it did. I was surprised, I got a Optima Red Top and can usually play it for 3 hrs and start perfectly (60amp stereo, mid volume). So when it started, check engine came on, so I said I'll check it tomorrow. So then today i got code 01 02. Mass Air Flow Sensor. So now the harness has 3 wires on it, black, red, and white. Now get this, everytime you touch the white wire, the car goes to stall, as soon as you let go its idling normal. If you push the harness in and hold it, goes to stall, let go its okay. when i rev the car from under the hood, when you let go of the gas, you hear the flap in the throttle body hitting once in a while. So I touched the wires agian, car stalled. Start it again, rev it a little and stalled. Check engine came on again. Start it, and put in D, stalled, start it, put it in D, stalled again, did it again and check engine came on, then when i got it to stay in D without stalling, I drove it in the yard back and forth, when I went forward, tapped the gas pedal, and car moved, let go of pedal stalled a little went forward. I moved it back and forth for while and one time i was going forward, stopped hard and it stalled. when every its stalls, the whole car shaked, rpm is jumping up and down between 250-500, then cuts off. Engine light came on like 4 times today. I had this problem once before when I reinstalled my resonator. everytime i came to a red light, stalled. so it was the same white wire. So now I have just a resonator and filter. That small air sensor that is on the stock air box I have no where to plug that into, so now its just sitting in the hood getting its reading of the air inside the hood and not throttle body, can that be the problem? Or is the problem my Mass Air Flow Sensor or the harness for the sensor? Please help me.

Thanks,
MAXecutive
