Changed Knock Sensor, still pulling codes.

I knew my knock sensor was dead or "partially working". I knew it was, so I changed it. When I pulled out the old one it was cracked in 3 spots. But even after I switched it out I'm still pulling the code.

I also pulled 1205 which is Line Pressure Solenoid Valve. Are the two related?

I heard from a few places mostly dealerships that the knocksensor code comes with another one so try get that other code cleaned up, and make sure you reset your ecu, if you didnt reset your ecu after you replaced the sensor then it will still be there.

It felt better, but I only took it around the block, but I drove it pretty hard.

It felt better in that from a start when I would run out first gear there would be a big jerk when the RPM's would drop. Now it's "smoother."

When I tried to tell the dealership about my KS codes they said BS, thats not the problem.. its something else... It always comes up with a second code. So I dunno Im like okay bud I got a knock sensor in my hand and its got three cracks in it. so hes like nope.. its got something to do with the other code ( I was also getting a Neutral switch code) so I took care fo the KS reset the ecu and I was okay for a few days.. and then the Neutral switch code came back.. so I got to get that look at tomorrow.
