Slight steering wheel vibration on lowered max

I got a flat tire the other day and got it repaired. While it was flat I replaced it with one of my old 15' rims. Since I put it on I'm noticing that the steering wheel is slightly vibrating when I hit highway speeds (around 70 MPH) The thing is I'm not sure if it always did that since I lowered the car a month ago on Tein H Techs or if I'm just being overly paranoid now. Could just be bumps in the road that I'm feeling since its lowered. Does anyone else experience the same thing with a lowered car.
