Tinting: Solar Gard vs. FormulaOne?

Is there really a big difference between these two? FormulaOne costs more (at least over here). I'm thinking about getting FormulaOne Ultimate tint. It's all-metallic and won't fade, and apparently has more of a factory tint look than dye tint.

Right now I have an appointment to get some FormulaOne "Ultimate" tint done on my car at a reputable tint place for $280. There's another tint place which will do Solar Gard tint for $200.

I've got formulaone on my Ford Taurus, done by a dealer, very nice looking. $190 for the whole car...
