I just bought and installed a Warpspeed Y pipe. The fit was perfect, no need to twist tweak or anything-just slipped right on. good performance. good customer service!

As far as peformance, I saw a thread recently that said the Still pipe was only 2 1/4" wide at one point whereas the Warpspeed is 2 1/2" throughout..

I'm probably going to get ripped on by all the guys who bought the WSP y-pipe, but I bought a Cattman, even though it costs more becuase of the superior weld quality (looks like a robot welded it), and the Cattman unit has been proven time and time again. The WSP y-pipe is brand new to the maxima community and I guess I just don't like to take risks. I like the piece of mind that goes with a proven product.that's just my opinion, so please don't tear it apart.

PS - my Cattman S/S y-pipe fit perfectly (put in on in my garage with only ramps) and I love it.

I just recently purchased a 4-th Y-Pipe from Warp Speed. I also purchased a CAT along with the Y-pipe from WSP. I was having problems with the Y-pipe and CAT fitting because the cat was too long. I called Dallas and emailed him about my problem, and he was very helpful. They're sending a better cat and hopefully that would fix my problems. In terms of which Y-pipe to choose, since others say that their Y-pipe fits well, I would go with WSP because of they're width and cost savings. I also opted for the Aluminized steel, which supposely is not much different than the stainless steel, and Aluminized steel is considerably cheaper. Just my thoughts. Good luch.
