I doubt it does, only the canadian ones have em. It would be hard for a canadian max to make its way to TX.

You can check the number on your tranny or something.

 

Check the silver plate on the firewall, inside the engine bay on the passenger side. The LSD trans code is RS5F50V open dif trans is RS5F50A.

The fun way to tell, is to go and do a burnout. Is there one or two black marks?

 

The max usually leaves 2 marks anyway, LSD or not.

 

Thought mine was LSD...

With the AUTO trans, the last digit is either an A or a V. V is LSD, A is open diff.

 

I'm Canadian and so is my 95 Max GXE but it's not a LSD it has an A not a V.
I thought all Canadian ones has LSDs????

If anyone's looking for a donor car for an LSD tranny... some early altimas (93-94) have the LSD and are the same transmission. My Altima has LSD and I've toyed with the idea of having its tranny rebuilt and swapping them.
