That M bumper from redlinemax
Has anybody seen it? Do yall think that's a good price or do you know of a cheaper place. They want $100 for shipping and additional $50 to send it to your house.

Theres a couple of people who have it.
Redline manufactures that bumper so no you will not find it cheaper anywhere else. I believe some had fitment issues (Sadler) but thats hearsay.
Custommaxima was creating one also, im not sure if theyve ever finished it yet.

I just elaborated on the shipping issue as a fellow member pointed out on the g/d thread..
We don't make any money on shipping. I can even fax copies of freight invoices to give you an idea of how much shipping companies charge for oversized boxes (used to ship bodykits and hoods). Shipping a bumper is quite different than shipping something like Stillen aerokit. For one thing, you can't bring it to the local UPS store or Post Office and ask them for a box then ship it out on the spot, they will not accept oversized items such as this.
For instance, the cost of shipping a bumper (or bodykit) to MA from NY (approx 300 miles) is $85.00 (business to business). The cardboard box itself cost $30 each (similar to size of avg. household refrigerator). If you find a box for less than $30, please let me know... I'd like to save money for everyone as well as myself.
The reason shipping cost more to residential address is that the freight truck carrying the merchandise assumes that they need to make multiple delivery attempts to a home (if the customer is not home etc.). Whereas a business address is understood to be 'open' during business hours so that 'one-time' delivery attempt is possible.
If you'd like, I can email you the freight company's phone number so that you can get a shipping quote over the phone to see for yourself. If you do not have a business account with the shipping company, the quote given to you will likely to exceed $180 (from NY to TX).
I hope this information helps.

Girl, I wasnt trying to call you out or anything. Like any smart shopper I am just doing a little research. Like I said in my email to you, I really like the bumper, just attempting to do some "comparison" shopping and get the most bang for my buck. No offense.

That bumper is beautiful. The price isnt that bad either i just wish it was eurethane. How thick is the fiberglass anyway? For something that beautiful i dont think it would be some thin piece of junk. Anyone know?

Keyser Skoze: The m-bumper is not thin fiberglass. You live in Queens, I invite you to stop by our Brooklyn shop to inspect the bumper in person.
