creaking sound when turning-- help!!

creaking sound when turning-- help!!
well i get this creaking sound on the right hand side when i turn while standin still.. could this be my strut mount?? i got a strut bar and some agx's installed.. if it is a strut mount how much am i lookin to get it fixed and what kind of damage would it cause if left like that for another month or so??

The strut mount bearing doesn't cause a creaking sound, but more of a poping sound.
Creaking noises come from the sub frame and lower areas of the suspension. In some cases just going over all the sub frame and control arm bolts with a powerfull impact gun will cure them. You can check other areas like the rack and pinion mounts and all your ball joints and even the brake caliper and mounts (if it's happening while your foot is on the brake as well).
