Got code 0803 after doing ECU diagostic test. VBMaxima says it's the Absolute Pressure Sensor. Unsure what that is, and where/how to change it. Searches for "absolute AND pressure" didn't turn up anything.

If it helps any it returned 0304 too, bad Knock Sensor. Already bought one on ebay for $95. I hope the APS costs even less.

APS is another name for the MAP sensor, which measures vacume/pressure inside the intake manifold.

What does this sensor do as far as interaction with the ECU? I know it sends a voltage reading to the ECU based on the pressure/vacuum, but what does the ECU then do with that info? Is it something to do with performance or is it an emissions thing?

Any clue on where to get it? All the Nissan OEM online shops only seem to carry knock, O2, and Water Temp sensors.
