i need to gain access to WHITE/GREEN wire on the ECM. do i need to remove the radio? thanks.

 

Just go to the passenger side and look underneath the dash on the side of the center console. You'll see a small panel held in by two flat circular push-clips. just remove that panel and you'll gain access to the ECM harness.
