Grounding points revisited...a few questions?

Well in the quest to have my electrical system in pristine shape, I figure I would start with the grounding system.

Where did you add additional ground points?
What kind of solvent did you use to clean existing ground points?
What size wires did you use?
Has anyone been able to replace the alternator to battery cable, as well as alternator and battery grounds with 0 guage wiring?
Anything that I have missed here?

Thanks

Thanks, so you grounded 6 items in total? How were you able to find the exact points...using the FSM?

Do you guys think there is much of a difference using either 4 or 8 guage? I know the stock is much smaller (around 16ga), and so I figure using 8 guage should be enough? I know Matt93se's kit and HKS both use 8 guage.

BTW I could not find anything in the FAQs about hypergrounding.

I cleaned the existing points with Windex, then water, and lightly sanded (1500 grit I believe). He did ground 6 (by the pictures), as did I (it was a cheapo eBay kit). Grant the minimal difference by increasing from 16 AWG to 4 AWG, I think 8 would have been enough. Do remember though, that for $15 the eBay kits are a good deal, since buying the wires and parts needed to piece it together would run you $20+.
