Clear Corner rewire mod gone Bad

...well it didnt really go bad, it just didnt work
i did exactly as the instructions said, but when i plugged everything back up and turned on the lights, i got nothing out of the corner light. i think its because the bottom contacts of the bulb dont touch the contacts on the bottom of the socket. is there anyway to fix this so that itll work, or am i just stupid and i cant follow instructions.

k you clipped, covered, and turned the bulb around? and it still doesn't work? you have to make sure the bulb is all the way in.. hint: use as little tape as possible.

makes sure nothing touches where its not supposed to, but mainly it is for a secure fit into the socket... keep the bulb "snug" i guess

You have to keep trying. It happened to me few times too. Just take the bulb out, see if looks good, nothing is broken inside. It should work unless you blew a fuse already. I just took it out and put it back in and it worked.
