I recently took the orange out of my taillights on my i30, same process as 97 and up Maximas. Like kill crap said, put them in the oven 200 degrees for like 12-15 min. Take them out and pry the plastic cover off. You will need a flat head to pop the orange piece out. Once it is out press the tailight back together and stick back in the oven for 10 min, if you have clamps that would help. No it will not warp them. If i could get my damn signature to work, i could show you the finished product on my I, looks clean and totally cooo
