hey guys,
My dad and i were talking the other night because i want to cut a coil on my sprints because it sits 1/2 in higher in the rear. He gave me the idea to put a die on the piston of the shock and give it about 1 inch more of threads so when i tighten it down all the way it will compress the spring just enough. What do you guys think? Can it be done this way. I dont want to risk cutting my new springs.

it may work but is it worth the effort? many people cut sprints....
