First, this is the wrong forum.
Second, the gains are dependant on the difference between your 60' on street tires and your 60' on slicks. a .2 reduction in 60' time will give you about .3-.4 reduction in 1/4 ET.
The size slick is depends on the size rim your putting them on. We are kind of limited on the sizes we can go with on a 4th gen. I had 26x6x15 but some guys run 23" slicks.
