Headlight question (help needed)

Hey, I have a quick question, my passenger side headlight is loose becuase, well you know the two adjuster screws, well the higher one on the inside isn't connected into the little plastic reciever, what's the best way to get it back in the little plastic thing..... hopefully that makes sense to someone.

Thanks for any help in advance.
