I just swapped a 1997 5spd tranny for a 1999 over the weekend and now my car is throwing a code 0905 for forward crankshaft position sensor. I reseated the sensor to make sure it wasn't misaligned, but I keep getting the same code.

It was fine before the swap.

Anyone have any ideas or suggestions as to what may be causing it?
