Best car set up

Ok for the 4TH gen guru's few questions
What is are the best bolt ons to incresae top end cause i know maximas naturally have midrange (i know mine kicks in bout then) and if possible low end and and then also the best shocks for rough roads and a little rough riding(not me) and also give a nice look/drop all opinions are welcome lets just keep it civil ive read the maxmods site but fact cannot compare to actual experience

top end, mevi with a supercharger and an exhaust dump with a short ram intake

There is now way to do all motor with out forced induction?

well yea you could. but you wont have as much power and you will also wind up spending more money

You could get cams - $1000
get your heads, intake tb, and stuff ported - $700
and that will yield you 30 hp if your lucky, but more like 10 - 20 on the dyno

get a used supercharger setup and gain ahbout 60 - 100 with $2500

h7r or b7g springs are mild, any aftermarket strut will do with those
