Can anyone tell me where the fuel pump fuse is? My 99 Max won't start, cranks but doesn't fire, hoping that may be the problem...

under your steering wheel and a little left in that fuse panel 15a fuse all the way on the right side right by another 15a one lol look at your diagram after you pull the cover off it should say right on there
