does anyone know how to rewire power wire

the constant power wire that goes to my radio alarm and clock is out i dunno what to do the fuse is good but i think i need to rewire the power from the batt to fuse box can anyone help me?

before you do a re-wire check out ALL the fuses under the dash and under the hood. I had a misc. 7.5amp fuse go out on me which had nothing to do with my problem.
