is there a way to switch my steering wheel out for one in a 99. my car is a 95 and i like the looks of the 99 better.

Well 97-99 have same steering wheel. Although the shape of 95-96 airbags are different from 97-99, so you'll need to find a new airbag to go along with your new steering wheel. Hope this helps, good luck buddy.
