Finally that the snow is over I decide that it was time to take my muffler out the closet and put it on. All i have to say is that is not as loud as i red (that it was the loudest out there) maybe 'cose i dont have a Y pipe YET but still i think it sounds real deep and i'm happy w/it.
Any comments?

It's pretty darn quiet compared to any Honda exhaust, and has a nice, deep, mellow tone.

 

I was thinking about gettin it myself, but the cat-back system. Im alittle scared to buy it cause of its "loud/droaning" reputation. IMHO the Stillen muffler looks the best on the maxima. But now im leaning twords the Apexi-cat back for only $330 and its all polished SS.

 

if you have the stainless and your resonator on it's pretty quiet with a mellow tone =)

Why are you dissapointed that it's not annoyingly loud. You wanna be driving around with a fart pipe?
