Here's one, but I have seen other's cheaper, if you got the same year and made sure of transmission type I believe it should be plug and play.

hey, i tried purchasing something like that over eBay, and I called my local Nissan if I bought a new gauge cluster, will they set it to my current mileage reading on my car, and they said they will not mess with it since its not digital. I tried, but I dont know how to take out my current odometer display, so becareful before u bid or purchase this. Just make sure u can get ur miles on ur car on that cluster

Try junkyarddog.com and request a white SE gauge cluster, I got mine from there for $50 and it was in awesome condition!
As for replacement, try http://www.geocities.com/amixam69/ni...ash/index.html
It says it's for odometer lighting, but it works for gauge cluster replacement too... I actually just changed the LEDs in my gauge yesterday to bright blue, they look sweet now!!

I swapped just the actual guage faces from black to white.
This has been the only mod that I wish I hadn't done. It totally wasn't worth the time and hassle.
If you're going to do it, just swap the whole cluster.
