0503 and 0115 codes- both for same problem?

0503= O2 sensor/circuit fault right bank
0115= fuel injection system lean right bank

Can a bad O2 sensor trigger the 0115 code?
I am planning to start by replacing the right bank 02 sensor, any other suggestions???

According to the write up by Daniel B. Martin in the Sticky about Diagnostic Trouble Codes, code 0115 "indicates a problem with the fuel management system on the right cylinder bank." "Possible causes include ... intake air leaks, defective front heated oxygen sensor, fuel injectors, exhaust gas leaks, incorrect fuel pressure, lack of fuel, faulty Mass Air Flow sensor."
