does anyone know where i can get a good used nissan engine. and can anyone give me some advise on whether or not i should get the same engine or upgrade to something larger. i kno i would prabably have to chng tranny and all, but just thro ur thoughts at me. thx guys for all ur help throughtout the life of my max. Unfortunatly its one of those 1 in a million cases where the car is just sh*t. i love her to death. but she keeps braking down on me. well just wanted to say thx, if i can afford this engine thing then ill keep her but if not shez up for grabs w/ all its goodies.

 

ebay has vq30 engines for a couple hundred. You don't want to put a VQ35 in as it's a lot of hassle.
