Tranny+When I first start the car in the morning+Trouble

I start my car and it has not warmed up yet I push down the gas pedal I move then it seems the car instead of upshifting it will shift to neutral by itself. I have an autotragicmagic. then the car will sit there revving yet going nowhere. I have to turn off my car then restart to get rid of problem. Now if I let it warm up it does not do that. What could be the cause? Low tranny oil/ bad tranny oil/ bad tranny/ ecu shifting incorrectly/ some sensor malfunction/ electrical??? Please let me know any info. I had my tranny replaced 1 yr ago with a shift kit and transmission cooler.

Guess I'll start it off with the basics.

Throttle body clean?
IACV cleaned?

check the throttle cables under the hood, make sure there not loose.
