OK, my question is how do you get in to the fog lamps, cuz inside my fogs its really dirty and i was wondering if i could clean them or not.... 98 max

 

If you take out your fogs, in the back you can take out the bulb and gain access to clean them inside. Also what's up with your car color "Caucasian White"? I've never seen that color max before.

 

ummmm...i looked through the FAQs and i found a link for taking the fogs out but it was dead so i was wondering if anybody else had one that worked...and about the color, its super white i guess but, i like the call it caucasian white, cuz i am indian!!!

 

owners manual, chapter 7.. tells you all your bulb types, wattages, and gives you pictures of how to replace them all

 

Well thats a problem cuz i never got a manual with my car, can someone scan it for me or link it form somewhere

 

look at your foglights and on the inside side of them there is a plastic cover that you pull off. this will reveal the two screws inside of there. after you remove those the light should come out.

this is from memory as im too lazy to go to my car, so if these instructions are wrong ill go get the book

ok, well i dont know if hes asking the same question but i wanna know how to get inside the actually fog lamp, as the title of his thread states,,, not how to get the fog lamp off, not how to change the bulb....do i have to do this like the headlamp and throw it in the oven? my lamp has a crack in it, i want to clean it out and seal it up and put it back together again....is this possible or not? ill start my own thread if this doesnt get much attention, thanks....
