Greddy SP2 on 98 Max?

I'm going crazy buying things for my max. I have the modding bug pretty bad. After my WS y-pipe i went ahead and bought the Eibach springs and presently I'm waiting on my Illumias that are shipping at this moment. I am seriously thinking of buying a 1 year old Greddy SP2 SS catback system in the classified section from Battle Max V2.0. I just have a couple questions for moderators or any other 4th gen owners who have 1st HAND-EXPERIENCE or have in the past or presently own the Greddy SP2 system.

1.) Does the B-pipe come resonated?
2.) Will this model cause major fittment issues on my 97 auto?
3.) If it will fit, what is the best way to install it? (I have no skill in installing anything in my car save my clear corners). Do any So Cal orgers know any good-priced and reliable shops around?
4.) How will this unit sound coupled w/ a Place Racing CAI and a Warpspeed alum. steel. mandrel-bent y-pipe? And what kind of realistic hp/tq gains will i see to the wheels?
5.) If i'm paying a mechanic for installation, what is a good price to start negotiating at?

Thanks again fellas, Chris

I can't help with the numbers, but I have heard that is a very nice sounding set up. I personaly love that look, as far as install it should be pretty easy you would need some wd-40 a few wrenches, some sockets and a Large Pizza, But any muffler shop could do that very easy, and fast as long as they do not have to cut and weld anything. Now I have a question; you have a 98? I am guessing that you have a 95-96 Sp2 Set up if I am right you car is a bit longer than say a 96 mostly the back bumper. So i say go to there web site and look at the specs before you put money down.

Your definitely right mexnamax. The 97-99 bumper is about an inch or so longer than the 95-96 model. can this be remedied w/ the addition of more piping? How much will this cost? any help is appreciated
