what is the BrianV intake mod & why is it necessary to use the K&N cone filter?

brianV's intake mode is where you take a bracket off the stock air box, slap a filter on it and secure the gaps with tape or any filler(i used super blue, not probs yet). its not necessary to use a K&N filter either, you can use any aftermarkt cone filter with a 3 inch inlet. i say do it. its well worth the 25 bucks and 20 mins of your time.

what about the sensor if you bolt it on?

you dont have to bolt it to anything, just tie it on to something. take the original plug from the stock air box and connect that back to the O2 senosr. that's all
